GS Engineering System Access Agreement
This software and system (“System”) are the property of GS Engineering. The System is for authorized use only by individuals and entities permitted by GS Engineering. By using this System, you acknowledge and agree to comply with GS Engineering’s File Transfer System Access Agreement (“Agreement”), as may be updated from time to time.
You are accessing a System that stores or transmits Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) in accordance with specific requirements imposed by the Department of Defense. Access to CUI is restricted to individuals and entities explicitly authorized by GS Engineering.
Use of this System does not inherently grant access to CUI. Files are shared only through private links intended solely for the designated recipient, and access to any CUI is strictly limited to those with proper authorization.
This System and its usage may be monitored, recorded, and subject to audit, except where prohibited by law. Unauthorized use of the System is prohibited and may result in criminal and civil penalties.
Certain types of information, such as Export Controlled Information, may have additional specified requirements.
By accessing this System, you agree to the conditions stated in this Agreement and consent to permitted monitoring and recording of all activities on this System.
